Receive an email when your statement is available. For businesses using Retail Online Banking, be sure to accept the eStatement prompt to stop paper statements during sign up! Any other time, sign into Online Banking, then click on Options, and edit eStatement Enrollment to sign up!

Stop a Check
Call us and we’ll stop the check immediately. We’ll need you to stop by the bank to sign the Stop Payment Request form within 14 days of calling. Or, we can mail the form to you if needed. You can also request a stop payment through online banking!

Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Call us immediately. If we are not open, call 800-472-3272. The best way to minimize unauthorized use of your debit card is to call immediately after discovering your debit card is lost. If you are using the MyBank2Go App, log into the App, click Cards to find your controls, and turn your Debit Card Off.
